Debra Toomer has dedicated her life to serving the Lord as He leads. She gives Him all the praise and glory for her life.

Since 1995, Media Veteran Debra Toomer has served under the leadership of Bishop Victor T. Curry, founding Senior Pastor Teacher of New Birth Baptist Church and President/General Manager as the Director of Sales, Marketing and Business Development for the Stellar Awards Radio Station of the Year AM1490, WMBM, THE STATION THAT PUTS JESUS CHRIST FIRST!

Formerly progressing from entry level to Division Chief, Debra impressively served for more than 18 years in the Federal Reserve System, at the New York Bank and at the Miami Branch of the Atlanta Bank. She also continues to demonstrate effective entrepreneurial skills as an independent business owner.

A native of Washington, D.C., Toomer attended North Carolina Agricultural and Technical University of Greensboro, NC and is a graduate of Howard University, 1976, Cum Laude, with a BBA in Management. Debra is humbled and honored to have served as Ms. Miami-Dade WIN (Women in the NAACP) and represented the State of Florida during 2000-2001, as well as the recipient of recognitions including the Mayor of Miami-Dade County Community Service Award; the Congressional Community Service Award; one of the 25 Most Influential and Prominent Women in Business for 2014; and a Legacy South Florida’s Most Powerful and Influential Black Business Leader of 2018. The 2018 introduction to the Global RICHGIRLS TRADE MOVEMENT, powered by IMarketsLive, under the leadership of Tamara Boykin Young has propelled Debra to learn, share and empower the community, particularly young women in ForEx trading and more.

A faithful member of New Birth Baptist Church Cathedral of Faith International, Debra loves her family and community. Debra resides in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.
