TYLOD Screening Days

Don’t have insurance or a medical home? Take advantage of our TYLOD Screening Days offered by our clinical partners.  Please register for one of the locations below.  You will be contacted with an appointment time after you register.
Masks are required and social distance protocols are practiced.

  2. Diabetes Screening
  3. Oral Health screening HIV screening
  4. Flu shots
  5. COVID-19 testing
  6. Mental Health Screening
  7. (Pap Smear and Mammogram – Florida Breast & Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program (Uninsured patients ONLY)
